In the line it is the through-mineral. Five milligrams in Qifu. The first of the ZMA stack in Weifu. Beside magnesium in Changfu. The one salt we are allowed to say something specific about. In Great Britain, zinc is authorised to contribute to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and to normal fertility and reproduction. That is the sentence on the register. Not a boost. A contribution to the normal.
From calamine to Zawar
Romans made brass without isolating the metal. Calamine soothed eyes and wounds. At Zawar, in the Aravalli hills of Rajasthan, retorts still lie in heaps from the twelfth to the sixteenth century: zinc vapour cooled into a metal the medical books called yasada. China took the method in the seventeenth. Bristol opened a European smelter in 1743. The eighth metal had a long walk to the West.
As a nutrient it is later still. Raulin showed in 1869 that fungi need it. Rats in 1934. Humans in 1963, when Ananda Prasad described deficiency in young men in the Middle East: growth stalled, genitalia delayed, and zinc put both back on course. The RDA followed in 1974. Sweat loses it. Training loses it. The mineral is unglamorous and everywhere in enzymes.
What we do not claim
Extra zinc does not improve a man who already has enough. The authorised wording is about the normal, not the spectacular. Weifu takes it with magnesium and B6 because that is the recovery stack under load, not because ZMA is a personality. Qifu and Changfu keep a smaller amount as the baseline the other plants sit on.
GB and EU: zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and to normal fertility and reproduction. Those are the claims we can stand behind. Magnesium and B6 stay in Weifu beside it. They do not need their own plate.
Why it runs through three formulas
Because it is not a story plant. It is a condition of the story working. Daily in Qifu. Under training in Weifu. As the decades move in Changfu. Same metal. Three briefs.
This volume keeps the salts. History first. The formula second. Claims last, and only the ones on the register.
End of plate I.
